You’ll develop a richer relationship with each persona, learn tools to better understand your feelings, balance your emotions, and make INNER Shifting a natural part of your life.**
Deep dive through time & inner alchemy: This fully personalized journey builds on CORAL, with added tools like mindfulness practices, questioning your thoughts, harmonizing your emotions, and shifting your perception. It’s a space for lasting transformation, where integration becomes possible in a fast-moving world.**
*All three packages include goal-setting tools, while the PEARL Package provides the space to additionally focus more specifically on short-, mid-, and long-term goals, remove triggers, and establish a reward system.
** What’s included is just a proposal; I will adapt the content to best support you on your specific journey.
